MTI adds appeal to laundry the room

Whether you're a homeowner replacing your shower door or a plumber installing a new unit, precise measurements are important and can be tricky. Ordering the correct size enclosure is the first step to proper installation. Basco takes the guessing out of the measuring process, ensuring you get the right measurement every time.

For a complete guide to measuring, including custom applications and line drawings demonstrating measuring instructions, visit Basco's website, then select the measuring up link.

Listed below are a few common tips to use when measuring for a standard enclosure.

  • Measuring must be done after finished wall material is in place.
  • Check all surfaces (including top of buttress if applicable) and walls for level. If any surface is out of level 3/8" or more, a tapered filler is recommended.
  • Measure maximum height available from top of tub deck or threshold to top of tile or fiberglass walls. This measurement will assist your Noland consultant in finding the most appropriate standard height enclosure.

Basco offers a complete line of shower enclosures to complement the style of any bathroom. For product information, including options and pricing, visit your local Noland location.
