Noland is a leading wholesale distributor of mechanical equipment and supplies, primarily to the construction trade, but also to various other industries, with more than 100 locations across the eastern and southern United States.

Headquartered in Newport News, Va., we serve some 22,000 customers with an extensive range of products from more than 2,000 manufacturers in the plumbing, HVAC (air conditioning), water systems, electrical and industrial fields. Our customers are plumbers, mechanical contractors, homebuilders, maintenance and repair organizations, well drillers, heating and air conditioning contractors, utilities, government agencies, plant maintenance departments and homeowners.

A typical Noland branch includes: a sales counter, where customers pick up supplies for their daily needs; an office area with sales and administrative staff; and a warehouse where supplies are stocked for counter sales or delivery on Noland trucks.

In many locations, Noland also operates Bath & Idea Centers, showrooms featuring residential plumbing products such as American Standard plumbing fixtures, Delta and Moen faucets, Elkay sinks, and in some locations, lighting fixtures.

We invest millions in inventory to support customer needs--enabling customers to save on procurement costs and minimize the expense and risk of managing an extensive inventory. We also add value to transactions by providing current technical information, expert advice on an array of products, materials, and equipment, and access to vendor expertise and support.

We fully utilize technology that will give us and our customers a competitive edge. Noland Online allows customers to search our inventory, check pricing, and place and print-out orders--anytime of the day or night. In addition, commercial customers can save time and money by signing up for e-billing--allowing them to receive their invoices and statements via e-mail. They can even pay on line.
