we have established Noland University, a program designed to offer
a variety of opportunities for Noland employees to gain enhanced professional
skills and competencies and to achieve satisfaction through guided
self-development.
Noland University supports the company's business
objectives by educating employees at every level, using a variety
of training methods and formats. The curriculum encompasses on-the-job
and product training, correspondence courses, formal classroom studies,
video modules, and coursework at accredited learning institutions.
Further, Noland University supports the manager with tools to identify
development needs, set career goals, implement development plans,
and provide effective coaching and counseling to individual employees.
